Building on this vision, at IFA 2025, Midea presented a large-scale exhibition spanning 3,220 square meters across Halls 5.1 and 6.1. Here, the brand introduced its evolved smart home ecosystem and next-generation lifestyle solutions to a global audience. By bringing together diverse product categories and technologies into one cohesive spatial experience, the exhibition delivered a multidimensional narrative—ultimately showcasing Midea’s vision for the future home and reinforcing its global brand direction.

Eidetic Solution

Eidetic focused on translating Midea’s brand philosophy, “Humanizing Technology,” into a spatial experience. Rather than simply displaying technology, the exhibition was designed to help visitors intuitively understand how advanced appliances and smart home technologies connect with everyday life within a real residential context. Under the core concept “Unfold,” a large LED pivot door at the entrance symbolized the seamless integration of technology into daily living, encouraging visitors to perceive it not as complex or distant, but as a practical solution for today. Inside, the space unfolded through a sequence of scenes inspired by real living environments, allowing visitors to experience how smart home technologies, AI-based systems, and energy solutions operate naturally in everyday life. During IFA 2025, the Midea booth attracted over 74,000 visitors, demonstrating strong on-site appeal and effectively reinforcing the brand’s direction of transforming technology into a human-centered experience while strengthening its global presence.

Project Solution

To unify five distinct game IPs into one organic experience, EIDETIC introduced an “Immersive Cinema” concept for G-STAR 2025. Drawing from the architectural structure of a cinema, our design transformed diverse game IPs into a single, cohesive, and cinematic journey.

The core design element, the “Sponsor Composite Logo,” artfully integrates NC’s CI with the iconic silhouette of a cinema ticket. This symbol acts as the anchor, weaving the “Cinematic Journey” concept throughout the entire visitor experience.

Moving beyond fragmented displays, we wove these titles into a singular brand narrative. By treating the exhibition space as a “spatial interpretation of cinema,” we enabled visitors to transition seamlessly between worlds. This immersive approach allows the audience to perceive NC’s multiverse as a continuous, captivating cinematic experience, effectively elevating the brand’s stature as the event’s centerpiece.

2026 ROBOROCK CES B2B

Project Background

 

Held annually in Las Vegas, CES is the world’s most influential platform for breakthrough technology and global brand positioning. At CES 2026, Roborock—the world’s No.1 robotic vacuum brand—sought to demonstrate not just product advancement, but a redefinition of spatial mobility in home cleaning.

 

With the unveiling of a concept robot vacuum capable of climbing stairs through leg-like mobility, the brand signaled its ambition to move beyond conventional limitations. Under the broader theme, “The Greatest Meeting the Greatest,” Roborock emphasized human-centered innovation—positioning technology not merely as performance enhancement, but as a means to expand everyday freedom.

The challenge was to translate this technological breakthrough into a spatial experience that could communicate real-life impact instantly and memorably within the highly competitive CES environment of over 4,100 global exhibitors.

 

Project Solution

 

Building on our success with Roborock’s CES 2025 showcase, EIDETIC was once again entrusted with the brand’s exhibition strategy and experience design for CES 2026.

To move beyond static displays, we engineered an immersive, performance-based environment that replicated real-world residential settings to validate the product’s effectiveness. The centerpiece featured the world’s first two-wheeled, legged robot vacuum, the Saros Rover, accompanied by four synchronized Saros Z70 units performing a tightly choreographed robotics sequence. By merging advanced engineering with performative storytelling, we transformed technical capability into a compelling experiential narrative.

The result was an overwhelming response, characterized by continuous on-site filming, significant organic digital amplification, and widespread industry recognition. Roborock’s booth was honored with the Silver Prize at the Best of Show Stand Awards, organized by the Experiential Design Authority. This project stands as a testament to how strategic experience design, rather than mere scale, can secure a decisive competitive advantage on the global exhibition stage.

Project Solution

EIDETIC adopted a “Cinema” concept for G-STAR 2025 to unify NC’s five distinct game IPs into one organic experience. Moving beyond fragmented displays, the design weaves these titles into a cohesive brand narrative, allowing visitors to perceive NC’s multiverse as a continuous journey.

The experience begins at the outdoor booth, building anticipation along the entrance path. At the main booth’s center, a massive dome LED signals the entry into a virtual world, leading into an internal cinema where the five IPs are showcased through a cinematic lens. Visitors then move naturally to the demo zone for hands-on play.

The impact was immediate and measurable. At peak hours, visitors waited up to 300 minutes for the opportunity to experience the game demos—clear evidence of the booth’s strong drawing power and the market’s anticipation for NC’s new lineup.

This seamless flow—from entrance to screening and play—perfectly integrates the slogan, “Infinite Worlds, One Journey,” into the spatial flow. By translating strategic intent into an intuitive physical journey, the project achieves profound brand immersion.

At Gamescom 2025, Seasun unveils Mecha BREAK, a highly anticipated title that has surpassed one million wishlists on Steam worldwide.

Gamescom, the world’s largest gaming event, attracts over 350,000 visitors each year. It unites publishers, developers, and fans from across the globe to showcase the future of gaming and celebrate the industry’s most exciting innovations.

[Our Solution]

EIDETIC designs the Mecha BREAK booth as a cybernetic hangar, reflecting the game’s sci-fi and mecha-shooter identity. The team creates custom weapon props, intricate motifs, and thematic decorations, immersing visitors in the world of mecha. A full-scale cockpit simulator allows participants to pilot their own mech, earning praise as “one of the most impressive booths at Gamescom.”

To highlight the game’s strategic PvPvE battles, the team creates a dedicated arena, hosting live matches and broadcasting the action on front-facing LED screens. This attracts large crowds of spectators.

This next-generation approach harnesses the full potential of artificial intelligence to deliver levels of cleanliness and automation once considered impossible—redefining the meaning of smart living.

EIDETIC led the project from creative strategy to on-site execution, delivering a comprehensive exhibition experience that embodied Roborock’s innovative spirit and design-led identity.
>Under the theme “Rock a New Era,” the booth introduced a future-forward vision of smart home cleaning with the debut of Roborock’s Saros flagship series. To intuitively communicate Roborock’s key differentiator—the intelligent, foldable robotic arm ‘OmniGrip’—a giant robotic vacuum structure was suspended above the booth. The robotic arm, programmed to dance in sync with music, became an instant crowd magnet and source of delight.

G-STAR is South Korea’s largest gaming exhibition, held annually at BEXCO in Busan. Attracting nearly 200,000 visitors, it serves as a major platform for game reveals and fan engagement. WEBZEN showcased its highly anticipated new titles, Dragon Sword and Terbis, in a 912㎡ booth that offered an in-depth look at each game’s world-building, character design, and narrative, heightening fan anticipation ahead of their official launches.

Drawing inspiration from the geometric shape of WEBZEN’s corporate identity, the booth showcased a striking structural design, including an LED screen that prominently displayed the new IPs, further enhancing the immersive experience.

The Dragon Sword demo area became a major draw, attracting thousands of fans and highlighting the title’s immense anticipation. Of course, no game event is complete without cosplayers. The booth featured the hottest cosplayers in the gaming scene, bringing in-game characters to life with stunning costumes and props, creating an unforgettable experience and sparking excitement on-site and across social media. AGF (Anime x Game Festival) is the largest subculture gaming event in Korea, showcasing a wide range of content centered around anime and video games. In 2024, IFA celebrated its 100th anniversary as the world’s longest-running IT and home appliance trade show. Held annually in Berlin, IFA is ranked among the top three global exhibitions alongside CES and MWC. The exhibition attracts leading companies from around the world to showcase the latest innovations and technologies.

At IFA 2024, Midea made a bold statement by occupying the entire Hall 5.1 with a massive 2,865㎡ booth, making it the event’s largest exhibitor. The display featured functional and eco-friendly technologies designed for seamless everyday integration.

Eidetic combined energy-efficient appliances with eco-conscious interior design to reflect Midea’s commitment to improving quality of life through sustainable innovation. Recognizing that technology’s core purpose is to serve people, we embraced the theme of Humanity. Simultaneously a community membership(the Founders Club) united players from the legacy FIFA series with the emerging champions of EA Sports FC. And it took center stage. A testament to bridging the old and the new, the Founders Club became a cornerstone of this revolutionary era.

G-STAR 2023 awaited as the canvas for introducing this transformative chapter to the world. This esteemed annual exhibition in Busan, South Korea, is known for its convergence of technology, gaming, and esports. Furthermore, G-STAR provided a platform for corporations and gaming enthusiasts to explore the latest advancements and engage in a vibrant celebration of the gaming industry.

EIDETIC was entrusted with unveiling the evolution of EA Sports FC at G-STAR 2023. They introduced the Founders Clubhouse as the nexus of their strategy. At its core, the Clubhouse featured the live streaming of the FC Online esports tournament: FC Pro Festival. This provided an immersive experience for attendees and a glimpse into the heart of EA Sports FC’s identity.

The design of the Clubhouse seamlessly integrated EA Sports FC’s branding elements, such as the iconic triangle and the introduction of their official brand color: pitch green. These elements subtly signaled the franchise’s commitment to its core identity and evolution. For example, the player tunnel, with its pitch green ambiance, historical narrative, and the iconic triangle, became a symbolic journey into the brand’s rich history and transformation. Beyond the esports spectacle, the Founders Clubhouse thoughtfully included engaging elements like an attractive photo zone and a photo booth. This left a lasting impression on both Founders Club members and non-members alike. As an official partner of Manchester City, MIDEA created this immersive experience to connect its cutting-edge technology with sports enthusiasm. Guests were invited to interact with the products in a fun and engaging way. Through this, MIDEA showcased the superior performance and enhanced functionality of its everyday appliances.

G-Star is the largest domestic game show held once a year at BEXCO in Busan, South Korea. It is a popular festival for gamers, with nearly 200,000 visitors coming in for the duration of the event. Known for its convergence of technology, gaming, and esports, G-STAR provides a platform for corporations and gaming enthusiasts to explore the latest advancements and engage in a vibrant celebration of the gaming industry.

EIDETIC led the planning and design of WEBZEN’s large-scale booth at G-Star, crafting an experience packed with engaging content such as video game demos, interactive missions, and live stage events. In collaboration with WEBZEN, the team recruited popular cosplayers to bring beloved game characters to life, outfitting them with intricately designed costumes and weapons for highly authentic portrayals. Every element of the booth was tailored to reflect fan preferences, delivering an experience aligned with what the community most desired.

EIDETIC also directed the development of Webzen Friends branded merchandise, capturing the unique personalities of the IPs through thoughtful design, material quality, and comfort. The products garnered significant attention and elevated the brand’s presence on-site. BMW AirConsole is a gaming platform that offers immediate access to casual games on in-car entertainment systems. Through AirConsole’s hardware-free, cloud-based delivery technology, players can conveniently use their smartphones as game controllers. In order to dynamically convey BMW Group’s inaugural transformation into a mobility company to customers, an immersive digital experience showcasing AirConsole debuted at Gamescom.

Moreover Gamescom is renowned as the premier global gaming event and trade fair. It is celebrated for its extensive exhibition space and substantial visitor turnout. Every year, companies and publishers from around the world come together to unveil their latest software and hardware offerings to industry professionals and enthusiasts.

EIDETIC partnered with BMW. They oversaw the planning and execution of the Gamescom exhibition for the effective presentation of the AirConsole service.

 

[Our Solution]

EIDETIC brought the BMW i5 vehicle to the booth. Visitors could get the full experience of AirConsole paired with BMW’s electric car technology. For instance, visitors who boarded the i5 enjoyed a realistic in-car gaming experience. BMW’s comfortable seats, high-quality speakers, and curved displays combined with the AirConsole platform to create the finest gaming environment. Eidetic managed all aspects of the exhibit. This included graphic visuals, booth design and construction, event planning, and operations. As a result, they provided a comprehensive solution to effectively reposition BMW as a mobility company.

POSCO Holdings is an integrated steel manufacturing company. As the first integrated steel mill in Korea, Posco produce 41 million tons of crude steel a year, and has grown to become a global business with production and sales in 53 around the world. Posco Holdings opened ‘CHANGeUP GROUND’ in 2021, which is a startup incubator center to foster venture companies. Posco aspires find and nurture venture companies, utilizing CHANGeUP GROUND as a space to grow together.

CES(Consumer Electronics Show) is an annual trade show held in Las Vegas in January, where some of the most important technology makers and innovators show off their latest and greatest releases. CES is the most influential tech event in the world — the proving ground for breakthrough technologies and global innovators.

CES Solution

Planning a pavilion exhibition to showcase the technologies of various venture companies under the sponsorship of Posco’s constant innovation, Eidetic developed a blue striped visual that was implemented throughout the booths and videos of the exhibit. This integrated design highlights not only Posco’s brand color, but its collaboration with these venture companies to provide impossible possibilities to the customer.

In addition to the 20 individual ventures’ booth space, the exhibition features an open lounge and networking space with panoramic LED screen to provide customers with a more valuable and comfortable exhibition experience. Eidetic aim is to increase customer satisfaction and convey the message that Posco is continuously pursuing innovation and development.

Samsung semiconductor technologies provide world-class products and services in various fields, including memory, system LSI, and foundry.

At Samsung Memory Tech Day 2023, held at the McEnery Convention Center in San Jose, California, Samsung unveiled its next-generation memory solutions designed to power the era of hyper-scale AI. Under the theme “Memory Reimagined,” the event welcomed over 600 global IT customers, partners, and analysts. Samsung’s Memory Business Division shared insights into market trends and showcased its latest innovations that are set to shape the future of the semiconductor landscape.

EIDETIC executed Samsung Memory Tech Day end-to-end in close partnership with Samsung, actively managing spatial design, digital content production, and visitor experience strategy. Each element was meticulously crafted to reinforce Samsung’s brand identity.

Despite spatial constraints at the venue, EIDETIC engineered a layout that spotlighted Samsung’s latest memory innovations. The team strategically arranged the space to highlight key products, including HBM, next-generation DDR5, GDDR7, and PBSSD, and designed the visitor journey to maximize clarity and engagement. To showcase the unique surface properties of the flagship HBM3E, EIDETIC crafted a feature zone using mirror acrylic materials. Additionally, the team developed an immersive experience area with interactive displays, enabling visitors to intuitively explore how Samsung’s memory technologies are accelerating advancements in AI.

[WEMADE GDC Project Background]

Established in 2000, WEMADE, a Korean based online game developer, is now expanding its business to Blockchain-based NFTs. Known for its long standing and successful game series, The Legend of Mir, Wemade is currently transforming itself into a company that develops P&E (Play & Earn) games and operates on the global blockchain-based gaming Platform “WEMIX.”

In this context, it is important to highlight the significance of GDC (Game Development Conference). GDC is an annual event for game developers that takes place in San Fransisco. GDC hosts an expo floor with exhibitors showcasing the latest hardware, software, and services for game development.
Attendees can test out new tools and technologies, get hands-on experience with new products, also learn about resources that can help them in their work.

 

[Our Solution for WEMADE GDC]

EIDETIC’s creative solution for the exhibit strategy, designing, fabricating and activating of Wemade’s 6,000 sqft booth at GDC. And it was inspired by the exhibit theme, ‘Our Greatest Journey Starts Here.
Moreover, a metaphoric sailing spacecraft was fabricated as the booth design. A promotional film played within the structure to capture Wemade’s goal of promoting WEMIX through an epic voyage around the world. Additionally, from the key message to the actual construction and brand applications, Eidetic creatively leveraged Wemade’s brand values and image to generate an experiential booth as a result.

2019 Egglab Y-NUTS Character Marketing

[EGGLAB Character Brand Marketing Project Background]

Egglab is the creative “laboratory” in which new character IPs, or “eggs” are born. Three global agencies, heralding from their own respective fields of exhibitions, integrated marketing, and character branding formed Egglab. In 2019, Egglab created new character IPs, the ‘Y-NUTS’, characters with unique personalities and stories.

These loveable characters are ready to take the world by storm. They will appear in all forms of media, from mobile emoticons and character merchandise to animations and games. Eidetic Marketing was tasked with marketing for the successful launch of the characters by not only planning the launch event, but also by providing PR, design and management of the exhibition booth.

In 2019, each of these three entities created new character IPs the ‘Y-NUTS’, that are certain to become global icons. Each of Y-NUTS characters has their personality, each with a story to tell. The group of adorable characters is ready to take the world by storm, ready to jump into all forms of media, from mobile emoticons and character merchandise to animations and games, etc.

[Our Solution]

Eidetic Marketing was responsible for designing, fabricating and activating the pop-up event ‘Y-NUTS Love Me Land’ in commemoration of the launch of Y-Nuts, held in Shanghai, China. The exhibition space was designed with vivid colors to express the personalities of each of the four characters effectively. A month of successful management resulted in achieving target KPIs.
Eidetic Marketing also helped establish the brand’s identity through designing brand applications, handling social media accounts and managing the global PR of Y-Nuts for Egglab character brand marketing.

Focusing on both cutting-edge technology and consumer lifestyle trends, VIVO is continuously introducing innovative products to imprint its brand globally, and MWC this year was no exception.

MWC (Mobile World Congress) is the world’s largest mobile industry exhibition and conference. Prominent corporations from all over the world gather together to share ideas and showcase technology. Not limited to mobile operators, device manufacturers or vendors, the exhibition offers an opportunity to view, learn and network among those that are of the mobile industry. This year’s focus was on the theme on Intelligent Connectivity.

Eidetic Marketing creatively designed the booth to maximize brand exposure by translating VIVO’s concept of ‘5G City Online.’ We designed the booth to resemble a server room. This server room represents the collective data needed to experience a future lifestyle utilizing the technology from VIVO through 4 major aspects of our lives; home, subway, office, and store. The booth seamlessly tied together these four distinct aspects of daily life while also showcasing the amazing technology that VIVO brought to display.

Tencent is the world’s largest investment corporation. Founded in 1998, Tencent is also known as one of the world’s leading internet and technology companies. Leveraging IT expertise and through strategic investments, the company quickly incubated Tencent Games, and other subsidiaries on a global scale. Tencent has further cemented itself as a top tier conglomerate in a diverse range of business fields and services.

G-Star is an annual exhibition held in Busan, South Korea for corporations that are involved in the tech and gaming industry as well as for individuals interested in gaming. From e-sports events and seminars, to B2B(Business to Business) and B2C(Business to Customer) exhibition zones, G-Star is a premier gaming exhibition in the Asian region. Eidetic Marketing handled the creative design and fabrication of Tencent’s B2B booth, as well as promoted and managed the exhibition.

 

Our Solution

Eidetic Marketing has established an exhibition theme that reflects Tencent’s direction and vision. The theme ‘Together, Beyond Infinity’ along with our key visuals, represents the brand Identity of Tencent, which is to effectively that explores the boundaries of its limitations and not settle with prior achievement, but rather to open up endless possibilities together with partners and patrons. With efficient space configuration, Eidetic Marketing secured 6 meeting rooms, a cafe, a lounge area and two storage spaces for optimizing B2B operation. We provided:

Samsung Electronics, a global leader in technology created Samsung Device Solutions (Samsung DS) as a subsidiary focused on device components. Samsung DS’ booth was divided into 4 zones, each with different subsidiary brands. The brands were Memory, System LSI, SEMCO, and Samsung Design Europe (SDE). Offering a variety of different solutions, each area was to be differentiated under an overall umbrella that was Samsung DS.

Eidetic Marketing developed the booth to showcase the application of 3 different components of Samsung DS; Memory, SLSI and SDE. Through creative design, Eidetic Marketing successfully created an overarching theme for the booth that aptly reflected Samsung DS’ brand image and values. While doing so, the company also successfully differentiated each of the different brands effectively as to create separate zones with different experiential aspects.

Corporations ranging from game developers to hardware producers in the digital media industry gather together to share ideas, showcase new products and network with potential partners. From reaching end consumers, ChinaJoy is known to provide comprehensive industrial business services directly to buyers and drives partnerships between domestic and foreign game companies.
